Payment & Office Policies

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our expertise and experience in performing the needed treatment. Prior to any treatment, we will offer you an estimation of treatment costs and payment options.

We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover, as well as CARE CREDIT. (An interest free extended payment plan for those who qualify).

Insurance

As your dental care provider, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits and will submit your insurance for you. An estimation of your insurance benefits will be determined and the remainder will be due at the time of the visit. It is important to know that all insurance companies vary in benefits. It is your responsibility to give us correct and current insurance information. Any charges not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility. We will gladly work with you to maximize your insurance benefits.
