Stephanie Beuchle
Office Manager
Stephanie is the person who keeps Advanced Dental Arts running. She handles everything from
scheduling and helping patients with insurance to overall coordination of the office. Stephanie has
been a vital part of Advanced Dental Arts for over 10 years. She has considerable experience with
managing patient care facilities, having run dental offices for over 23 years.

Ian Kavanaugh
Dental Assistant
Ian has over 3 years of experience with Dr. Martinez. He trained in dental assisting through
NIU/DATS. Ian earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry at Roosevelt
University. He pays careful attention to thorough treatment for each patient. Working with Dr.
Martinez has helped inspire him towards his goal of becoming a DDS.

Cynthia Kavanaugh
Office Assistant
Cynthia has been with ADA since December of 2005. She serves as Stephanie's helper in keeping the
office running smoothly. Cynthia makes contact with patients, maintains records, assists with
insurance issues, and orders supplies among her many other duties. Her dedication to ADA goes a
long way to keeping the facility on track.

Diana Sande
Dental Technician
I started my dental career in 1988. I've been employed and working with Dr. Martinez and his
awesome staff for one year as one of his dental techs. In this short year I have advanced in the
knowledge of paperless charting and learning how to make a crown using a cerec 3 machine. I can say
I now know what "state of the art dentistry" truly is.

Stefanie Vogt
Dental Hygienist
Stephanie earned her Associate in Applied Science at LakeLand College, where she graduated in 1994.
She has over 12 years of experience and has been with Advanced Dental Arts for 6 of them. Her
dedication to each of her patients comes through by her consistent attention to their needs.
Stephanie takes the time answer all questions and ensures they fully understand the dental care
they are receiving.
