Stephanie began working for Dr. Martinez in 1996, and states that this time has been a wonderful journey flying by amazingly fast. She has worked in the dental world for “more years than I am willing to reveal.”. “I love working for Dr. Martinez and his wife, Doris. They have created an incredible work environment that incorporates personal care with teamwork. And the patients are wonderful—like family!” Stephanie grew up in the Sandhills of Nebraska. She and her husband Scott reside in Antioch. She has three grown sons, Brandon, Brian, and Carl. She enjoys painting and spending time with friends. Her most favorite thing to do is, of course, traveling to spend time with family
Michelle has been working for Dr. Martinez since 2013 with 23 years of experience. She graduated from Gateway Technical College after attending Tremper High School. She was born and raised in Kenosha, WI, married to the love of her life, John. They have three boys, Brandon, Devon, and Logan, and a daughter Allison. They enjoy traveling, cheering on their Wisconsin sports teams, watching their kids play sports, walking their dog Brewer, and family time. She says her job is special because of the friendships she has formed through the years. She takes pleasure in getting to know her patients on a personal level and loves to hear their stories. Patients will receive excellent care with Dr. Martinez. She truly enjoys her job and you’ll see it show through her work.
Belinda “Bee” Webb, RDH
Belinda, or “Bee” as she fondly prefers, came to our practice spring of 2014 after 25 years at a general practice in Libertyville. Before attending hygiene school at Harper College, Bee worked as an assistant and lab tech for an esthetic practice in Bettendorf, Iowa. She earned her certification at Robert Morris College in Carthage, IL. A small town girl, Bee moved here in 1986 to attend hygiene school. She and her husband Jim reside in Grayslake but also have a lake house in Western Illinois where you can find her canning the ever-abundant garden crop or out-fishing her husband. “I was thrilled to get the opportunity to work with Dr. Martinez. I watched them build this office and it is right in my back yard. His reputation for perfection makes this office a perfect fit for me. I look forward to a long and happy future with Dr. Martinez and his wonderful staff.”
Stefanie Vogt, RDH
Stefanie graduated from Lakeland College with her dental hygiene in 1994. She luckily found her happy home with Dr. Martinez in 2000 as his full-time hygienist. She has always enjoyed the relaxed yet professional atmosphere with his dental practice. “Dr. prides himself on his attention to detail and state of the art advancements in dental materials and techniques which make for the most aesthetically and functionally pleasing cases.” Stefanie’s interests include gardening, boating, garage sales and family time. She has two children, Dean and Sabina. She recently relocated back to Illinois from Wisconsin and currently resides in Antioch where she grew up. “I feel fortunate that over the years of working at Advanced Dental Arts, our patients have become friends and co-workers have become family.”
Donna began working for Dr. Martinez in 2007. She started her dental assisting career in 1979, and says she can honestly say that Dr. Martinez is the most talented and kindest dentist she has worked with, and that makes coming to work every day fun and a pleasure. She truly enjoys her career choice, and considers it a privilege to work with Dr. Martinez and her teammates. She married her husband Rex in 1982, and has two great kids, Andy and Gina. She is also the proud grandmother of two boys, Landen and Logan. She and Rex built their dream homestead in 1992 and it has lovingly been nicknamed the “funny farm” by family members, as from day to day you never know what critters find their way to them.

Claire came to work for Dr. Martinez in 2009. She loves the warm, friendly atmosphere found here at Advanced Dental Arts and truly finds it a pleasure to help facilitate the patients needs. “Dr. Martinez provides a very professional, yet relaxed atmosphere.” Claire came from a medical/hospital background but has found dentistry to be a smooth transition. Claire has two wonderful children, Catherine and Tom. They reside in Grayslake. Her interests include swimming and gardening.
